Ashley is a PhD student at Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has a Masters of Science (Information Studies) from Wee Kim Wee School of Communication & Information, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in information studies under the supervision of Dr Lee Chei Sian and Dr Joanna Sin. Her research interests lie in the online information behaviour of young people and its impact on their emotional wellbeing.
