PR Executive

Scope of Work / Duties:

• Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media, often via telephone and email;
• Relationship building and networking with colleagues, clients and the media;
• Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires and blogs, for opportunities for clients;
• Working as part of an account team to develop client proposals and implement the PR activity;
• Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings;
• Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;
• Promoting news stories and features to the media, known as 'selling in';
• Collating, analyzing and evaluating media coverage;
• Event management, including press conferences and promotional events; attending and promoting client events to the media;
• Assisting with the production of client publications, such as in-house magazines; - Commissioning market research; coordinating studio or location photography;
• Undertake research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients.
• Managing the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation.

The PR executive will also coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by account managers. The position is "temporary" for three months.

Corporate Relations Specialist

Reporting to Head of Corporate and Investor Relations, you would be responsible for:

Corporate identity and branding
• Responsible for building positive brand profile
• Assist in setting and guiding corporate strategy for all communications

About Us
We are an agency providing consulting services to the overseas real estate industry, focused on assisting our clients formulate a comprehensive approach to marketing USA second home as well as investment properties to the Singapore market.

Viral Video Marketing
As part of our online marketing efforts, we will be integrating an on-going series of 45-90 seconds viral videos within our property website, so as to promote mind-awareness of the benefits of investing in USA property, as well as provide updates of trends in the real estate industry. In addition to being accessible through the property agency's website, these videos will be shared through social media (eg: Facebook) and email.

Role of the Videographer
The role of the videographer is to lead the filming of the series of viral videos. The videographer will be responsible for providing their own equipment (Camera, Editor, Lighting), teleprompter (or substitute) as well as editing, titling and rendering each video for web in HD format (preferred).
While this project will be on a permanent basis (as we expect to need an average of one new video a week), we expect the videographer to be able to be flexible, as additional videos may be expected at certain peak times.

Reporting to the PR/Communications Manager, the PR Executive is focused on understanding and conveying company and product information to external stakeholders through appropriate and effective channels. Specifically the key job accountabilities are:

  1. Foster and cultivate relationships with key media, and keep up to date on Nike happenings
